Delivery Information for Designer Flowers

Orders are only processed on a working day, for next working day delivery orders must be received before 16.00 Monday to Friday UK time.

You can check delivery of your next day UK order on the internet, we will send you an email confirming your order together with a web address and consignment number, emails are sent between 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday.

Same day UK and overseas deliveries are arranged through a network of florists - flowers, delivery and charges may vary. Order before 12.00pm delivery charge £10.00 for UK same day and £25.00 for all overseas deliveried. Only flowers can be delivered same day or overseas, gifts for UK orders will be sent for next working day delivery.

Overseas orders can be made but may take up to 48 hours to be delivered, delivery charge is £25.00 which covers delivery charge and currency variations.

For deliveries in the Congestion Charge areas there will be an additional charge of £0.60

Orders received after 16.15 will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the next working day.

Monday deliveries, orders must be received by 16.15 Friday.

Orders received Saturday & Sunday are dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery.

No deliveries are made on Sunday, or Bank Holidays.

Deliveries outside the UK are arranged through a network of florists - flowers, delivery and charges may vary. We can not send any of our gifts overseas.

NOTE All UK deliveries are made by courier and will be left at the delivery address, whether signed for or not.
Any complaints with either our goods or delivery must be made within 72 hours of the intended delivery time. For complaints for goods we will require photographic evidence.

It is your responsibility to give the correct delivery address, we are not responsible for any errors with the information you give us on your order form.

Delivery to Hospitals  Please be aware that now some hospitals do not accept fresh flowers into the wards, please check with the hospital you are sending flowers to before ordering. We cannot be held responsible if fresh flowers are refused by the hospital. Why not send silk flowers!

All perishable Next Day delivery goods may be cancelled up until 12PM on the working day prior to delivery.

The customer can be asked to return the goods and will not be charged for returning them.

Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, we will return their money to their account within 30 days of cancellation.

Orders for Same Day UK delivery may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date. Orders placed for an International delivery may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the intended delivery date.

We can not be held responsible for deliveries delayed by adverse weather conditions or any other act god.
